A few months back, Motorola has stated that the Droid RAZR and the RAZR MAXX would have ICS by the end of Q2 which is right around the corner. This gives them approximately one week to get the build as bug free as possible and into the handsets of users.
Recently the latest build 6.16.211 hit test devices and could quite possibly be the official OTA update that will roll out in a week or so. We will keep you updated!
