AT&T GALAXY S II (SGH-I777) owners reportedly receiving Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich software update since yesterday via Samsung Kies in some areas. However Samsung nor AT&T confirmed it yet. We’ve contacted Samsung Customer Support to see if this is really happening, unfortunately Samsung employee denied any rollout at this time adding “the company will officially announce it once it will become available.”
Getting back to users reports the Ice Cream Sandwich firmware build is I777UCLE5. You can try to plug-in your device to your PC and check via Kies software tool if the upgrade is available at your location.
