Another day, another smartphone specs sheet leaks, allegedly. This time around is the up and coming Samsung Galaxy Note 7 that gets a listing on AnTuTu’s website, revealing not that much of a surprise specs sheet.
AnTuTu lists the Snapdragon equipped Samsung Galaxy Note 7 specs as follows:
- Model number SM-N930V
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip
- Adreno 530 GPU
- 4GB of RAM
- 64GB of ROM
- 13MP rear camera, 5MP front-facing camera
- Android 6.0.1
- Screen resolution 2,560 x 1,440 pixels
The rumour has it that the Galaxy Note 7 will go on sale with curved edges on both sides just like the S7 Edge but, with an overhauled S Pen, a larger screen (probably between 5.8 to 6 inches) and there wont be a classic model (flat screen, no curves).
Another interesting feature expected on this beast is its Iris scanning technology, ment to rise the security of the device even more than a fingerprint scanner does. It will probably feature both tech and the latest TouchWiz UX Samsung is currently working on.
And then, it is its build quality. The Galaxy Note 7 will likely feature a glass (front/back) + metal design (frame/chassis) with water proof coating, like earlier flagship Galaxy smartphones.
Samsung likely to unveil the next big thing at an Mobile Unpacked event, that it will take place in early August 2016.
