Evan Blass is at it again! In a couple of tweets made in the last 24 hours, on Twitter, the notorious serial leaker has revealed some of the Moto Mods that will work with Motorola’s (we mean Lenovo) flagship smartphone. The mods will be easily replaceable / attachable to the smartphone just like you’d replace the back cover of a smartphone. Looks like LG G5 is not the only mobile device with interchangeable accessories.
Aside from the Moto Mods, Blass has also posted a render that shows the back of what he claims it will be the new Droid (or is it the Moto Z)? Likely both of them, but with a different name for different markets, just like it did last year with the Moto X Force / Droid Turbo 2.
In terms of specs, the rumour has it that the up and coming flagship will feature a 5.5″ Quad HD / Full HD display, it will pack either the Snapdragon 820 or the Snapdragon 625, 3 or 4GB of RAM, 32 or 64GB of internal storage (optional features), probably a 16MP camera lens on the back and a 3,300 to 3,600 mAh battery. The phone will run on Google’s latest OS version — Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow (almost stock-like).
As for its launch date, we should expect Lenovo to unveil these new devices by mid-June.
