HTC has just announced the release of a new Desire smartphone, the Desire 830, which targets teenagers. Made of plasticky materials, the HTC Desire 830 measure 7.79mm in thickness, packs stereo front-facing BoomSound speakers and it is bound to replace the Desire 820 from last year.
Desire 830 feature an IPS LCD Full HD 5.5-inch display, packs MediaTek’s Helio X10 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM, which are expandable for up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.
In addition, Desire 830 comes equipped with 2,800 mAh battery, a 4MP UltraPixel selfie camera at the front, as well as a 13MP shooter at the back with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
HTC says this new smartphone will be available in Taiwan starting this Friday (May 6th), in White color with Blue or Red accents on the edges and arround the Camera. Desire 830 it is priced at arround £215, about 270 Euros.
