Whether this is a mistake made by some careless employees or a unconventional marketing stunt, Samsung’s up and coming Galaxy S7 series flagship smartphones design have been revealed to the world by non other than @evleaks.
Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge (SM-G930; SM-G935) will feature a pretty similar design to last year’s flagship phone – Galaxy S6, with slight changes on the edges.
The Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are said to feature 5.1″ and 5.7″ Super AMOLED displays with Quad HD screen resolution (2,560 x 1,440 pixels), displays protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass (2.5D curved glass).
In addition, we are expecting both models to sport Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 or Samsung’s Exynos 8890 processors (depending on the region/market), 4GB of RAM, 32/64/128 GB internal storage option, 5 and 12MP cameras (BRITCELL technology on the rear shooter), fingerprint reader, will run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with a lite new version of Samsung’s TouchWiz UX.
Samsung will likely unveil the duo at the annual Mobile World Congress, which takes place late next month in Barcelona, Spain.
The rumour has it, that Samsung will begin selling the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge in the United States at least, as of March 11th.
