Samsung Galaxy S7 rumours begin to surface on the Internet.
Less than 24 hours have passed since Apple introduced the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus with Retina HD displays, and we are already hearing rumours from its competition. Whispers about Samsung working on a new flagship smartphone – Samsung Galaxy S7 are starting to surface, a phone with which Samsung is likely to jump to the next level in terms of CPU units and screen resolution.
The rumour has it that Samsung Galaxy S7 will feature an Ultra HD Super AMOLED display, that’s 4K screen resolution, similar to what we’ve seen on the worlds first smartphone equipped with such a display – Xperia Z5 Premium. Samsung Electronics will manufacture two variants of the Galaxy S7; one with a 5.2-inch display, the other with a 5.8-inch screen.
The second rumours refers to the chipset inside the S7 models. Samsung could return to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon SoC’s at least for one of the two Galaxy S7’s, while the other one will feature the latest Exynos CPU.
How do you feel about Samsung adopting 4K displays for its flagship smartphone line-up next year?
