You and me, both know, what a failure the One M9 was (still is), in fact, HTC worked hard over the summer to bring the next flagship smartphone to the market, one that will replace the M9. The rumour has it that this device is the HTC Aero A9, or at least this is the codename used internally. We could be looking at an entirely new name, without the “One” branding.
Up until know we only heard rumours about the HTC Aero A9, but today we get the chance to take a good look at what allegedly is the next flagship phone by HTC. As you can see from the photograph above, the HTC Aero A9 is entirely made of metal, the camera lense has shrinken a lot and it is rumoured to feature a 5.5-inch display, probably with 2K screen resolution.
Additionally the HTC Aero A9 is rumoured to feature MediaTek’s deca-core (10 x cores) Helio X20 processor, 4GB of RAM will back it up, and it will go on sale at least in Gold and Silver colors as depicted in these images.
HTC is looking to announce this new bad boy at IFA2015, in Berlin, ahead of Apple’s next iPhone.
