Recently, Sony Mobile division launched in a very quiet manner the Xperia Z4 in Japan and now their getting ready to announce another smartphone by the end of the month, one that we identify as codename Levander (model number E55xx).
Sony Levander smartphone got caught in the wild in several pictures (seen here above and below). The phone could feature stereo speakers, something we regularly see on HTC devices, and an interesting front-facing camera for selfies.
Sony Levander is rumoured to feature a 1080p display, which will be powered by MediaTek’s 64-bit octa-core MT6752 processor and 2GB of RAM. In addition, Levander will feature a 13MP rear-camera equipped with Sony IMX214 sensor, likely Android 5.1 Lollipo and its Timescape UX.
At this point this is all we know, but we are close to an official announcement that could happen this week in Asia, so stay tuned to Pocketdroid for updates.
