HTC One M9 Plus announced in China.
Chinese consumers are always on the lookout for bigger and better smartphones, and HTC seems to understand people desire for large screen devices.
Today in Beijing, HTC introduced the One M9 Plus smartphone, a 5.2-inch handset with 2K (Quad HD 2560 x 1440 px ) screen resolution, MediaTek’s latest Helio X10 core processor (2.2GHz MT6795T 64-bit CPU), 3GB of RAM, 32GB of ROM, Dual cameras 20MP sensor, fingerprint technology, which allows phone unlocking and mobile payments, HTC Sense 7.0 and Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The One M9 Plus is also equipped with the HTC BoomSound stereo speakers powered by Dolby Sound (that’s right, no more Beats Audio), and it packs a 2.840 mAh battery.
HTC hasn’t said anything about its price tag nor any information about availability or markets.
During the event, HTC also showcased the 5.5-inch One E9+ phablet announced late last month.
