Today, HTC announced a new 4G Android smartphone called Desire 620. The smartphone features puts it somewhere at the border of the low and mid-range segment.
HTC Desire 620 feature a 5-inch IPS 720p HD display, it is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 chipset that packs a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. The CPU is backed up by 1GB of RAM, while the internal storage is 8GB (only 5GB free for the user but you can expand it for up to 128GB through a microSD slot). Desire 620 runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top of it.
Other specs include an 8MP camera sensor on the back, comes with a 2,300 mAh battery, WiFi, LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and DLNA.
The Desire 620 smartphone will be available globally from the first quarter of 2015 in Marble White or Tuxedo Gray for about $330 / £210 / 265 Euro.
