A new Samsung device hit the benchmarks. Today it’s the Samsung SM-G901, which looks like an upgraded Galaxy S5.
The SM-901 could well be the Galaxy S5 LTE-A variant for the other markets. It features the same specs as the Korean variant, but its screen is downgraded to 1080p. The hardware includes the powerful Snapdragon 805 processor clocked at 2.5GHz, 2GB RAM, 16GB storage, 16MP camera and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
It’s unclear when this device will be announced, but that should happen soon. For those that planned to buy the original Galaxy S5, but didn’t, this device may be the one that would suit them best. But if you already have it, we think there’s no reason to ditch your current smartphone when the LTE-A variant hits the market.
