The Galaxy Core 2 will be a dual-SIM mid-range device. It will feature a 4.5-inch WVGA display, 5MP main camera and VGA front-facing camera, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 512MB RAM (although this may turn out to be a mistake) accompanied by 4GB storage and a microSD card slot. The battery will be upgraded from the previous model to 2000mAh. It will weigh 138g and it will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Core 2 in Russia in May for $277, so the official announcement should come a little earlier, probably in a few days.
