LG G3 water resistant coating added by LG
LG G3 water resistant housing will also be included as one of the main features to the 2014 flagship smartphone by LG Electronics, according to a ETNews report.
LG Electronics will adopt water and dustproof features to all future high-end devices, according to a statement made by an LG rep in Korea.
Aside from LG G3 water resistant coating, the phone is said to sport a slightly larger than LG G2‘s 5.2″ screen, a 5.5″ display with WQHD resolution (2560×1440), a 13MP rear facing camera sensor with OIS+ (same technology found on the LG G Pro 2 that was introduced at Mobile World Congress 2014 a few weeks ago.
A processor with four 2.2GHz ARM Cortex-A15 + four 1.7GHz Cortex-A7 cores is also rumored, but we’re expecting a Snapdragon 801 or Snapdragon 805 chipset embedded in the LG G3 along with 3GB of RAM and 16/32GB of built storage.
LG could launch the LG G3 around the same time as last year (Auguat), however rumors hint at a earlier release.
