Oppo Neo is the latest dual SIM smartphone addition to the Chinese mobile maker portfolio. It’s not an impressive device, because it is an affordable phone targeting the Asian market.
In terms of hardware components, Oppo Neo (model Oppo R831) feature a 4.5-inch IPS display, FWVGA 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution, 217 ppi, packs a 1.3GHz Dual-core processor under the hood, 512MB of RAM, 4GB internal storage, 5MP rear camera with 720p HD recording, 2MP front-facing camera and a 1,900 mAh battery. Oppo Neo measurements 132 x 65.8 x 9.2mm, weighs 130 grams and it runs on Google’s Android 4.2 operating system, more like a customized version which Oppo calls ColorOS.
Oppo Neo will retail for about $215 in Indonesia, but no word from Oppo if it has plans to ship it to other markets as well. We will keep you updated, though.
