Galaxy Gear smartwatch ‘Gear Manager’ shots emerge

Samsung is set to unveil the Galaxy Note III as well as the Galaxy Gear smartwatch. The event is just around the corner but it happens that popular leakster evleaks has already got its hand on the long rumored smartwatch or at least some of its Apps.

The screenshot posted on Twitter depicts what seems to be some sort of companion App designed to allow Galaxy smartphones to interact & control various aspects of the smartwatch. The Samsung Galaxy Gear has also been confirmed to carry the SM-V700 moniker. The App will allow users to pair both their Galaxy smartphone & watch via NFC or more traditionally via Bluetooth.

The shot doesn’t tell much but other features include Clocks, My apps, Samsung Apps, Find my watch.

The Galaxy Gear is scheduled to be revealed on September 4th at IFA in Berlin with a rather stunning 10 hour battery life. Will it live up to its expectations? Only time will tell.
