SamMobile has reportedly received a list of countries to which Samsung will be releasing the upcoming Galaxy Note 3. The list is rather incomplete but most of the specifications was confirmed.
The Exynos 5420 Octa version will carry the SM-N9000 but lack any sort of 4G LTE connectivity. The SM-N9005 Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) variant will feature LTE support although the selected bands were not disclosed, this variant will make it to most carriers around the world. Both versions will sport 3GB of LPDD3 RAM (probably dual channel LPDDR3-1600MHz at 12.8Gb/s). Additionally SamMobile’s source notes:
If your country gets both processor variants, it is a decision based on the marketing plan of Samsung. Which means if there are LTE networks in your country, Samsung will start with the LTE variant (Snapdragon 800) first.
Here’s the provisional list, note that a third dual-sim Galaxy Note 3 Exynos Octa variant (SM-N9002) will be exclusive to China. Don’t worry if your country isn’t listed below, the listing is very likely to be grow once SamMobile gets more insight from their insiders.
