A new photo has once again found its way to the web space with a better view of the sizable HTC One Max that is just about to become the first Phablet on HTC’s current effort to get into the big-size class as is with its strong competitors. The new leak shows the HTC One Max beneath a 4-inch Motorola XT882 leaving approximately an inch and three-quarters spare on the upper part of the phone clearly confirming our previous articles that speculated to on the 5.9-inch display on the screen size. The photo also does reveal a slot-like opening on the left side that is believed to be the switch that opens up the back cover that may bring back the question of whether the battery will be removable. We can also confirm the absence of metallic edges that made up the edges of its predecessor HTC One and a charging port that is on the lower right corner of the phone
The photo also confirms the sleek-slim finish to its edges and the curvy back side as depicted by the lift on the edges not completely lying on the surface as any other typical phone would.HTC One max is gearing for the big marketing boost as recently shown by it enlisting Robert Downey Jr. of the Iron man fame in its current advertisement strategy that has gone viral on You Tube and its undoubtedly got the attention of the major competitors more specifically Samsung since it’s about to launch the Galaxy Note III come September 4th. Speculations point out that the launch will take place on the upcoming IFA 2013 in Berlin though HTC doesn’t typically participate in such shows as have its competitors Sony and Samsung. On the marketing bit, we have to wait and see what the next move may be to the HTC One Max competitors and if they will go the celebrity way to woo the buyers into embracing their gadgets.
