Samsung Electronics is rumored to launch this fall a new Galaxy Note phablet and we’ve already seen some bits of information along with a couple of alleged images. The Galaxy Note III could feature a 5.9 inch Full HD display, the same Exynos 5 Octa (Exynos 5410) chipset with 3GB of RAM, native LTE support on board, a 13MP rear-facing camera and the latest version of Android, likely Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
A picture shared on the Chinese Baidu network shows a Galaxy Note II-like phablet prototype alongside the Galaxy Note 2, which fits right at 5.9 inch (considering that GNote 2 has a 5.5 inch screen). So much for those rumors hinting at a new Galaxy Note design, from what we can see in the above image the desing is almost similar with previous Galaxy Note announced in 2012. We also doubt Samsung will change the materials (plastic) used on previous handsets replacing it with metal alloy (Aluminium).
Samsung Electronics could unveil the Galaxy Note III during IFA 2013 in Berlin at the end of August in another Samsung Mobile Unpacked event.
We would love to hear your thoughts on this leak.
