The other day we informed you about Nokia winning an injunction against HTC One in a court in the Netherlands, however 24 hours later the story looks a bit different from how it was reported by the whole media.

According to Rechtspraak.nl (Amsterdam District Court) Nokia indeed it has an exclusive license with STMicroelectronics until March 2014, however the alleged injunction was only a request in court made by the finnish mobile maker to withdraw any device using the concerning microphone in the country, based on a pantent which the court says is valid but only in the U.S., making it invalid in Europe, hence in Holland. The Amsterdam District Court rejected that request on April 22 and has been published on their website on April 23rd.

This means HTC One wont be delayed at all.
