On Monday morning, March 11, LG Electronics has announced the global launch of LG Optimus L5 II Android-powered smartphone after introducing the Optimus L II series during MWC 2013 in Barcelona late last month.
LG Optimus L5 II will be available in both single and dual-SIM versions as of this week in Brazil, Latin America, Europe and Asia and other markets will follow-up shortly after. Optimus L5 II packs a single core MKT 6575 processor with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in memory, 4 inch WVGA display, 5MP rear-facing camera, 1700 mAh battery and it runs on Android 4.1 JellyBean OS. Both dual-SIM and single model measures 9.2 mm thickness and coee preloaded with LG’s Optimus UX interface.
LG did not reveal Optimus L5 II entry-level smartphone pricing, however it shouldnt sell for more than $190 on any market.
