Yet another leak, this time we’ve got confirmation that Samsung is indeed prepping a series of Exynos 5 devices. That includes a mysterious yet unseen GT-B9150 smartphone which was spotted on benchmarks which gave the device model & HD screen resolution as well as the Cortex-A15 Exynos 5 Dual
There has been much speculation whether that device could indeed by the Galaxy SIV or the Note III however it seems unlikely at this point. The device in question may just be an experimental board being used by Samsung used to test their very latest Exynos SoC. It should be noted that this exact device was spotted few months back, that time with a 720 display and certainly after the release of the Samsung Galaxy S III. This obviously coincides with the upcoming release of Samsung’s next flagship devices.
However it seems unlikely that we’ll see any such device being demoed at MWC2013 later this month. Current rumors pointing at the next Galaxy S device currently indicate a 5-inch (12.7cm) FHD screen with a total pixel density of 441ppi, an Exynos 5 Octa SoC with 4 main cores clocking at 1.8Ghz altogether with 2GB of RAM.
