Android 4.2 has just been released and we can hardly see it in action in everyday life, primarily due to the fact that manufacturers still haven’t upgraded their respective handsets. But here comes a rather unexpected piece of additional information.

Google employee Manu Cornet recently posted a short comic depicting the Android evolution & all major Android versions via Google Plus, he started right off with Cupcake, moves onto Donut then Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, Ice Cream Sandwich, Jelly Bean and that very well includes the long rumored Android KLP (Key Lime Pie), at least we’ve got the name confirmed but speculations are still wild about the actual Android version.

Could Key Lime Pie be still follow the Android 4.x branch and possible be 4.3 or shall be a totally new beast, i.e a major update like Android 5.0? We’re left to ourselves on this one but chances are that somebody will out such details. Until then keep your seatbelts tight and prepare for some vivid news!
