Vivo X1, the new World’s Thinnest Smartphone Launches in China

Oppo Finder was the thinnest smartphone in the world, until now, because Vivo X1 took its crown just now, as it has just been released in China. The smartphone measures just 6,55mm in thickness, which is only 0,1mm thinner than the former thinnest smartphone. The specs sheet includes a 1,2GHz dual-core processor, 4,7 inch qHD display, 8MP camera, 1GB RAM and 16GB on-board memory that can be further expanded thanks to the microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 4.1 Jellybean out of the box, which is a good thing.

The Vivo X1 is sold for 2,498 Yuan, which equals to $400. It’s currently available only in China, and we have no information whether it will ship abroad or not.

Great review! I’m having the X1S. Its battery is a one thing to point. Some users have some concerns about that even me. I bought mine from merimobiles.com (I think they are cheaper also). Good thing they have good customer service and was able to help me out decide before I bought this one. Now I’m happy with it! :)
