Oppo Finder was the thinnest smartphone in the world, until now, because Vivo X1 took its crown just now, as it has just been released in China. The smartphone measures just 6,55mm in thickness, which is only 0,1mm thinner than the former thinnest smartphone. The specs sheet includes a 1,2GHz dual-core processor, 4,7 inch qHD display, 8MP camera, 1GB RAM and 16GB on-board memory that can be further expanded thanks to the microSD card slot. The device runs on Android 4.1 Jellybean out of the box, which is a good thing.
The Vivo X1 is sold for 2,498 Yuan, which equals to $400. It’s currently available only in China, and we have no information whether it will ship abroad or not.
