HTC has just launched the HTC One S Special Edition in Taiwan, its homeland. What’s so special about this proprietary model is that it comes with 64GB on-board storage, has a unique white coating (well, at least for the One S) with red accent on the camera bezel. This adds to the visual appeal of the device. It’s launched with Android 4.1 Jellybean out of the box, with Sense 4+ baked into the core of the software. The rest of the specs remain unchanged.
The device will be sold for the exact amount of cash the original model was given for, and will be exclusive to Taiwan, so potential buyers of other countries are out of luck, for now.
