Panasonic has announced the Android-powered ELUGA Live tablet back in May and its finally hitting the shelves starting September 1st in Japan via NTT Docomo. Customers are able to pre-order it starting today, August 29.
Dust and waterproof Panasonic ELUGA Live (P-08D) packs a 10.1 inch TFT WXGA display, comes with a TI OMAP 4460 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM and 16GB of built-in storage. The tablet runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich, has a 1.3MP in front, DLNA, FOMA connectivity up to 14Mbps download / 5.7 Mbps upload, a huge 6560 mAh battery. Eluga Live weighs 659 grams at its 11.7mm thickness.
