Verizon is about to unfold a new Samsung smartphone model SCH-i200, a handset that passed the FCC commission at the end of June as Samsung Jasper.
The phone although equipped with a high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 chipset like the GALAXY S III or HTC One X for US to sport 4G LTE connectivity is a mid-range device that features a WVGA touch screen with 480 x 80o p resolution and a 4 to 4.3 inch display probably.
Samsung Jasper runs Android 4.0 ICS OS, has 4 capacitive keys (Back, Home, Menu and Multi-tasking) the last key is a premiere for a Samsung device as it replaces the usual Search button.
There isnt any information about its release date from Verizon yet, however the press images indicates to a possible date as being August 2nd which is not that far away (about two weeks).
