Samsung explains reasons for Galaxy SIII Pebble Blue delay

Samsung Galaxy launched today in more than 25 countries worldwide but only one color variant was available for purchase as the Pebble Blue color stocks were unavailable. Samsung expects the Pebble Blue variant to arrive in another month or so and as of now only the white Galaxy SIII is available for purchase. It is rumored that Samsung had to destroy several defective blue-black covers of the Galaxy SIII body and hence the delay in the availability of the pebble blue Galaxy SIII.

“Samsung’s GALAXY S III Pebble Blue version comes with a newly invented blue colour and special hyperglaze material.

“In order to meet the highest internal quality standards and to provide the best quality GALAXY S III to customers, a short supply of Pebble Blue version is expected in some regions in the next 2-3 weeks.

“Samsung is working hard to ensure that customers will get the Pebble Blue coloured devices as soon as possible.”
