Toshiba has announced today the AT300, a beautifully designed 10.1-inch Android tablet powered by Nvidia’s Tegra 3 (4-Plus-1) chipset, running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich which will be available in the following weeks.

The new lightweight tablet at its 590 grams with a brushed aluminum body measures in at 8.9 mm thinness, it has a 10.1 Gorilla Glass touch screen with 1280 x 800 p resolution, two variants of internal memory storage 16 / 32 GB (ROM) with 1GB of RAM and a microSD card slot that allows users to expand its memory for up to 64GB.

Additionally AT300 is equipped with a 5MP on its rear, 2MP in front, integrated stereo speakers HDMI and USB ports. Although slim Toshiba says the battery will hold up to 10 hours before it will ask you to plug it in for a recharge.

Toshiba AT300 starts shipping by the end of the 2nd quarter at an unannounced price.
