We are already overwhelmed with leaked information upon Samsung GALAXY S III’s arrival early next month. Only today in less than 24 hours we’ve seen a few new images of a dummy unit, a major UK retailer reveals a potential render of the future flagship phone and more recently (less than 2 hours ago) Samsung Kies software links GALAXY S3 name to the build number GT-I9300 and GT-I9300T, while AnTuTu benchmark test results of same GT-I9300 confirms the specs sheet revealed by Amazon Germany a couple of days ago.
AnTuTu benchmark results show something really interesting about Samsung GALAXY S3. According to these test results the processor equipping the SGS3 unit in this case is a dual-core (not a quad-core as expected) Exynos 4212 SoC clocked at 1.4GHz with 1GB of RAM, features a 4.7-inch Super AMOLED HD (1280×720p) display, 12MP rear camera, 2MP front camera and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Interesting results although we all know such tests results could easily be faked. Either that or the US variant might sport a Qualcomm CPU to offer LTE support. So what do you guys think will it be a dual-core or a quad-core after all?
