HTC Ville stealthily tested on Nena website but our readers hawk-eye have spotted it (NenaMark is an Android benchmark for hardware accelerated graphics).

Looks like Ville went through some serious NenaMark2 tests recently and its results show a pretty high-score of 57.4 points. The results also confirm some key specifications like the 960 x 540p resolution of the screen, 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor,  Adreno 225 GPU is also confirmed and last but not least Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The name inserted in the test results says HTC Ville U which leads us to belive that the newly leaked HTC naming scheme could change a little, its possible that HTC One S assigned to Ville to become One U.

HTC will bring this beast — Ville to the Mobile World Congress later this month and if you’re in the neighbourhood you could spend some quality time with the phone at the vendor’s booth.
