In the Android world installing an alternative homescreen replacement is quite a trend and with the launch of the new Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, guys at Teslacoil known for their development of the WidgetLocker Lockscreen developed Nova Launcher.

Nova Launcher although in beta stages is functional enough for a daily use and with the new update you wont need to flash it via CWM as an update.zip package.  You can just simply download the APK file and install it like any other Android application.

  • Fix card stack and other scroll effects on tablet
  • Fix widget FC on buggy leaked 4.0.3 roms (Rezound, maybe others)
  • Fix other misc FCs
