(Nightly Build) CyanogenMod 7 for AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S II released

Team Hacksung released an early build of CyanogenMod 7 (Android 2.3.7) for AT&T’s Samsung Galaxy S II (SGH-I777).

Because it’s an early build (alpha) it might have several bugs but if you know what you’re doing and have some experience with Odin software you can go ahead and install it (nobody to be held responsible if you end up with a bricked device but yourself!).

We’ve manged to boot CyanogenMod on the SGH-I777.
Actually it looks very good and seems to be in the same state as the GT-I9100 is.

Here’s a inofficial Build: http://codeworkx.de/download/galaxys2att/cm7-galaxys2att-KANG.zip

1. Flash CWM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285823
2. Do a factory reset
3. Flash CyanogenMod
4. Flash Gapps

If it doesn’t boot up after you’ve finished all steps, simply flash CyanogenMod twice in a row.

Actually we’re preparing stuff for going mainline.
So nightlies will come soon.
