KDDI announces its entire Winter Holidays line-up of Android smartphones

KDDI the second biggest carrier in Japan announced its 6pack Android smartphones for the Winter Holidays season and a Honeycomb tablet.

Japanese carrier line-up consists of HTC Evo 3D and Motorola Photon both running Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, the rest of four will come with Android 2.3.5 Fujitsu Toshiba’s Arrows Z, Kyocera DIGNO, Sharp AQUOS IS13SH, NEC MEDIAS BR IS11N and Business Tablet-TOUGH-ETBW11AA (with Android 3.2 Honeycomb.

KDDI Winter line-up handsets:

HTC EVO 3D ISW12HT:  Available from early October, 2011

  • 4.3-inch 3D LCD with 960×540 resolution
  • 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core MSM8660 CPU
  • Dual 5MP CMOS cameras & 1.3MP sub-camera


MOTOROLA PHOTON ISW11M: Available from early October, 2011

  • 4.3-inch LCD screen with 960×540 resolution
  • 1GHz Dual-core Tegra 2 CPU
  • 8MP CMOS camera


ARROWS Z ISW11F: Available from early November, 2011
