The Android Network Toolkit release on the Android market is considered a potential threat if used with malicious intentions.

At Defcon 19 the worlds biggest hacker conference/event held this weekend in Las Vegas, the Israeli security firm Zimperium revealed a new Android application that puts an experienced computer “hacker” in the palm of your hand. The Android Network Toolkit, meant to be used for penetration testing and checking for vulnerabilities on networks using known exploits to gain access to machines.

This tool is so powerfull, that if used by the wrong person can produce a lot of damage to any network vulnerable to the exploits included in ANTI (Android Network Toolkit.
