Not to small (as the 7-inch Galaxy Tab), but not to big either (10.1-inch), looks like the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 is the perfect sized tablet to fit in the palm of your hand.
The 8.9 will come with a few major changes like the TouchWiz UX user interface out of the box, the Amazon’s MP3 application will also come pre-installed to complete the list of the apps embedded in the UX of the Android 3.2 Honeycomb. It will weight less then its bigger brother (10.1-inch) only 470 grams, but it will look slightly thicker because of the smaller size to fit all the hardware inside.
Some quick specifications: 1280x800p display resolution, dual-core 1Ghz ARM Cotrex-A9 processor , ULP GeForce GPU, Tegra 2 T20 chipset. Unfortunately we don’t know much about a release date or a price tag, but it could be November as we’ve seen a mysterious device codenamed Galaxy Tab P8 on Verizon’s roadmap photo leak (if the P stands for Pad). We’ll get back to you when we have more information on this one.
