How many times you’ve tried to flash a rom and something went wrong resulting in a soft-brick of the phone.
Adam Outler wrote some software which will help the user to understand what they are doing, so he began the Heimdall One-Click project. The project is not fully completed but the unbricking part is and he wanted to share it with us. If you have a Samsung devices you can use the “One-Click Unbrick” to quickly undo a soft brick. This application was ment for Samsung Captivate but should run on any Samsung device.
- Will work on all Samsung devices which use Odin
- Is a single, portable executable
- Is the first one-click anything for our devices on Linux
- Works on Mac
- Works on Windows
- Is open source
- Is programmed in Java
- Deploys and installs Heimdall for your OS
- Is super easy to use…. Only one button!
If you try this and you like and also find it useful please give feedback to Adam on his official application thread open on xda-forums. Download it by clicking here.
“This software is completely safe. It is a part of my Heimdall One-Click project. I wanted to release this to work out any cross-platform difficulties which may be encountered before I release Heimdall One-Click.
