Skype announced today, the video calling service brought to Android devices but only a few selected devices such as: Samsung Google Nexus S, HTC Desire S, Sony Ericsson Xperia neo, Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro.

The service runs on Android 2.1 or higher, supports WiFi and 3G internet connection but still there are restrictions. The ability to send and receive video depends on your mobile carrier’s network bandwidth.
